We want to be completely transparent: Skart does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. Specifically, we do not collect:
Your name, email address, or any contact information
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Usage analytics or crash reports
Any data from your shopping lists
All data you enter into Skart (such as shopping list items) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data:
Never leaves your device
Is not accessible to the Developer or any third party
Is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear the App's data
Skart does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
Skart does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no data at all, this App is safe for all ages.
This Privacy Policy is governed by Swiss law (revDSG – revised Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since September 1, 2023). Users in the European Economic Area are also protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since no personal data is processed, no data protection obligations arise under either framework.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the URL where this policy is hosted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
