PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING SKART, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Sascha ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Skart application ("App") on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
The App is licensed, not sold. The Developer retains all intellectual property rights in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
All data you enter into the App (e.g. shopping list items) is stored locally on your device. The Developer does not access, collect, or store any of your data. You are solely responsible for your data.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE APP.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
